When is the 2023 LevelUp Summit?
The 2023 LevelUp Summit will take place in October 23-26th, 2023!

What is the safety/COVID policy?
We will be following all State and local guidelines regarding masks and vaccinations at this event, which are currently not required. This is subject to change and any updates will be communicated. However, HighLevel always recommends that participants follow CDC guidelines during their travel and at the event.
Are you selling virtual tickets?
No, only in-person tickets are available for this event.
Are session recordings included in my ticket purchase?
No, recordings are a separate purchase from your event ticket and are available for purchase when you buy your ticket.
Will meals be provided with my ticket purchase?
Meals are provided with the purchase of a VIP ticket only.
Do you offer 1-Day passes?
No, unfortunately the only tickets available for purchase are for the entire 3-day conference.
Can I give / sell my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?
No, tickets are non-transferable. Any individual attempting to gain entry with a ticket not issued in their name will be denied admission.
I purchased a ticket and now I have to cancel. Can I get a refund?
No, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds. All event ticket sales are final.
Can I bring my child(ren) to the conference?
We are so glad you want your family to experience the event, but unfortunately attendance is limited to individuals over the age of eighteen (18). If your child is over the age of eighteen (18) and did not purchase a ticket in advance, they will be denied entry.
Is there a room block available?
Our room block at the Statler is completely full at this time! We have outlined neighboring hotel options at https://levelup.gohighlevel.com/
I am having issues with my hotel reservation. Can HighLevel help?
While we wish we could offer assistance for any issues that may arise, we do not own the hotel or rooming facility and are not responsible for any problems that may occur.
Can I record the conference sessions?
No, we ask that you do not record any of the conference sessions. We have hired professionals to record all sessions and these recordings are available for purchase.
Do you offer discounted tickets?
No, all tickets are being sold at full price. Please check our tickets page for additional details.
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you comfortable (and if it has a HighLevel logo on it, all the better!) It's always good to bring a sweatshirt in case the air conditioning is extra chilly.
